Services and trials

E31 Digital provides business software demonstrations, deployments, activation services, updates, and support according to the applicable commercial offer. Trial versions are limited to the stated evaluation period and may not include every production feature.

Accounts and acceptable use

Customers must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use the services only for lawful business purposes. Attempts to bypass licensing, access another customer account, disrupt the service, or misuse downloads are prohibited.

Licensing and payments

A paid license is created only after commercial approval and payment terms are agreed. Activation keys are confidential and limited to the approved customer, product, users, devices, or deployment scope.

Availability and support

Service availability, customization, implementation, backups, and support levels depend on the agreed deployment. E31 Digital will take reasonable measures to protect and maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party networks or platforms.
