1. Demo purpose
E31 demos are provided so customers can evaluate the interface, workflows, and suitability of the selected application before buying or requesting full deployment.
Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how E31 demo downloads, online demo requests, registration details, support, and customer responsibilities work.

Before downloading or requesting online access, the customer must provide accurate business details including business name, full company name, address, country, email, phone number, CR number, and contact name.
3. Demo validity
Registered demos are valid for 3 days from creation. After expiry, the customer may request the full version. If E31 approves the business details, E31 can send an activation key that converts the same demo package into a basic deployment.
4. CR and business verification
The website screens fake-looking email addresses and CR numbers. Official CR verification depends on available registry access or manual review by E31. A demo does not mean the company has passed final official verification.
5. Local and online versions
Local versions run on the customer's device. Online versions are hosted for browser access. Available features, support speed, and update handling may differ between local and online versions.
6. Remote support
E31 may support customers by phone, WhatsApp, email, video call, diagnostic logs, repair updates, or secure screen sharing. Remote access is used only with customer approval, and the customer keeps control of the device and business data.
7. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for entering correct information, keeping backups of local business data, using the demo lawfully, and not modifying, reselling, or redistributing demo packages.
8. Data and leads
Submitted registration information may be stored as a lead for follow-up, demo registration, support, and reporting. E31 should use this information only for E31 business communication and demo support.
9. Limitations
Demo software is provided for evaluation and may not include every production feature. E31 is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer data, unsupported devices, third-party outages, or unauthorized changes to local files.
10. Full activation
Full activation, customization, integrations, cloud hosting, and enterprise support require separate approval, pricing, and agreement with E31.

الغرض من التجربة
تقدم تجارب E31 ليتمكن العميل من تقييم الواجهة وسير العمل قبل الشراء أو طلب التنفيذ الكامل.
بيانات التسجيل
يجب إدخال بيانات صحيحة مثل اسم النشاط، الاسم القانوني للشركة، العنوان، الدولة، البريد، الهاتف، رقم السجل التجاري، واسم المسؤول.
مدة التجربة
كل تجربة مسجلة صالحة لمدة 3 أيام من وقت إنشائها. بعد انتهاء المدة يمكن طلب النسخة الكاملة، وإذا وافقت E31 على بيانات الشركة يمكن إرسال مفتاح تفعيل يحول نفس حزمة التجربة إلى تشغيل أساسي.
التحقق من السجل التجاري
يقوم الموقع بفحص أولي للبيانات الوهمية. أما التحقق الرسمي فيعتمد على توفر API رسمي أو مراجعة فريق E31.
الدعم عن بعد
يمكن تقديم الدعم عبر الهاتف أو واتساب أو البريد أو مكالمة فيديو أو مشاركة شاشة آمنة بعد موافقة العميل فقط.
مسؤولية العميل
العميل مسؤول عن صحة البيانات، والاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية للبيانات المحلية، وعدم إعادة بيع أو توزيع حزم التجربة.
